​This new version of the Covenants is NOT official until

a majority of lot owners approves them.

The PDF copy above is single-spaced to reduce costs. The Covenants filed

at the courthouse will be double-spaced as required for official records.

 

Lot owners will be receiving a paper copy and more instructions about the approval process by postal mail, and via community emails.  PLEASE attend

the August 21st Community Meeting (6:30 pm) for more information.
